Our Red Poll cattle and are grass-fed, growing slowly over 30+ months to create great depth of flavour in our beef.
Our Suffolk Lamb is 100% pasture fed and graze everything from our vineyard to our organic clover leys and lush water meadows, making them (and our soil) healthier.
